About Adam Rose & Rose Injury Law

Adam Rose has dedicated his entire career to representing injured persons, victims, and their families in personal injury and wrongful death cases. In the first eight years of his career, Adam has successfully obtained over $165 million in compensation for his clients, including a record-setting $95 million verdict for a family whose daughter was killed and son left incapacitated by a drunk driver in Miami-Dade County.

While Adam actively litigates cases across the state, he maintains a prominent practice in Key West and Monroe County, where the firm has an office and he currently serves as President of the Monroe County Bar Association.

Over the years, Adam has vigorously advocated for victims of maritime and watersports accidents, handling numerous boating, jet ski, cruise excursion, and parasailing cases, and recently prosecuted an action against Sunset Watersports in Key West for killing a young couple after deploying their parasail in dangerously high winds. He has also published numerous articles on litigating maritime cases.

A staunch believer in the societal importance of personal injury law, Adam is determined to achieve the best results possible for each of his clients, and to hold companies accountable for their actions. As an advocate for consumer child safety, Adam has also represented families in various product liability lawsuits, including defective furniture leading to tip-overs, defective bicycles, and failed child pool fences.

In 2024, Adam founded Rose Injury Law with the mission of providing high-quality, attentive, compassionate, and zealous representation to every single client, and to do everything possible to ensure they obtain justice and full, meaningful compensation.
